Spam spam eggs and spam…

…can I get that without the spam? Our support inbox is currently being flooded by ‘Re: Details’, ‘Re: That Movie’, ‘Re: Wicked Screensaver’ and ‘Thank You’ — all stuffed with a virus. Then I am told that our mail gateway was down this morning after I ask about why I haven’t gotten a test email I sent No related posts.[ READ MORE ]

A productive day?

It seems I have managed – for the most part to have had a productive day. Not too many calls – and some good items closed out. Despite having 3-4 items come flaming from JO even! Granted I really need to pummel some open cases – progress is progress isn’t it? In other Related posts:

Well that was fun – for over an hour all logins – with or without password – were being turned away with a ‘bad password’ message. My workplace recently changed it’s rule about rolling over PTO from year to year. It used to be that we could roll up to 5 un used days into the next year. Now any un used days will be lost. With this in mind – it is time to plan a vacation – or No related posts.[ READ MORE ]
